This access point is offline. Please check the cables, TCP/IP connection parameters and the uplink status to ensure that the access point can reach the internet.
Not connected to the cloud
This access point is connected to internet but cannot reach the Linksys Cloud Manager platform. Please check if any firewall is blocking connections to 1.app-engine.linksys.com or 2.app-engine.linksys.com on TCP port 443 and 8002.
